Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At JewelQueen.in, your satisfaction is important to us. If you face any issue with your order, we're here to help. Please read our policy before placing your order.

Returns

  • We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and free gifts (if any).
  • A ₹50 return & reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your Store Credit.
  • We do not offer cash or bank refunds. Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the amount will be issued as JewelQueen Store Credit.
  • Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging and tags.
  • A ₹50 exchange & reverse pickup fee applies once per order.

Important

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, damaged, missing, or incorrect product claims.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please WhatsApp us at +91 8849404750 with:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Product photos (if required)
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used, damaged, washed, or altered.
  • Original tags, packaging, or free gifts are missing.
  • The product was purchased using Store Credit or during a clearance/sale.
  • The item is customized or personalized (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment will be issued as JewelQueen Store Credit.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • No cash or bank refunds will be provided.
